Due to the situation caused by Covid-19, the demand for Sportstech Home Fitness products has increased manifold. We would like to thank you for your trust and are delighted to be participating in your continued concern for your health.
Our phone lines, e-mails and live chat services are currently running to the max, which stretches us to the limits of the otherwise available capacities. Our response times are, therefore, delayed due to the very high volume of inquiries.

•Order as usual, ONLINE and have your order delivered to your home.
•Since our BRANCHES have opened again, you can also make your purchase in the brand store.
NOTE: Order NOW and secure your desired product from the current stock. This is only available for a short time! Save yourself waiting for the next stock of a product.
•The latest information is always available on our website. If your desired product is out of stock, you will find the time on the website when the product will be available again.
• Yes. Fitness equipment such as rowing machines, treadmills and cross trainers are being delivered by our forwarding service providers as usual. However, a delay of a few working days may currently be expected. We, therefore, kindly ask for your patience.
•If the product is available, you can be sure that you will receive your order.
•Current delivery times can be delayed by a few working days.
•You will receive an email from us as soon as your order is ready for dispatch and another email as soon as it has been dispatched. Depending on the shipping service provider, you will also receive your tracking number and tracking information.
•For the delivery, the forwarding agent will coordinate the delivery date with you by phone. This gives you the opportunity to agree on alternative delivery locations or delivery times.
•Packages will continue to be delivered. Parcel service providers, however, strive to minimize contact with the recipient when delivering parcels, including delivering of bulky items.
•In addition, forwarding deliveries will continue to be made to the street only.
•Due to the high demand, longer than usual waiting times maybe experienced on our hotline. Please also be sure that we process all emails without exception. The response time can currently be delayed up to 5-6 days. As soon as you receive this confirmation, we ask you to refrain from further inquiries, as this may delay the processing.
