From Ordering to Shipping
If the order and payment confirmation are received before 12 noon, we will send the goods on the same day (except on weekends and public holidays).
All orders received after 12:00 noon will be processed and shipped within one day.
If the item is not immediately available, we will send the item as soon as it is available. We provide information concerning the status and availability of an item on the product pages.
If the order volume is high, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If the delivery of your order is significantly delayed, we will, of course, contact you by email or phone.
There will be at least 2 delivery attempts.
The delivery company will confirm a four-hour window with you for the delivery of the goods.
Parcel shipping (GLS, DPD)
- For the delivery of articles up to a total weight of 40 kg
Forwarding delivery (IDS logistics)
- For the delivery of articles with a total weight of 40 kg or more
- Delivery: For delivery, please provide us with a valid telephone number for the recipient. The forwarding agent notifies the customer of the shipment by telephone before delivery. A delivery cannot take place without a valid telephone number.
- Delivery takes place on weekdays from Mon-Fri from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. On request, we will be happy to check whether a Saturday delivery or delivery after 4:00 p.m. is possible for an additional charge. Please, however, contact us before placing your order.
- Storage at the shipping company is possible for a maximum of 48 hours after notification. Please ask the freight forwarder directly whether further storage is possible; Please note, storage costs may apply.
You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link so that you can track the shipment of your goods.
Complaints & Returns
We are happy to replace your defective device / individual parts for free or repair your device free of charge. Defects that the customer caused through his own misuse or negligence are excluded.
After a return has been made, the repair or exchange will be processed within 3 working days or the purchase price will be refunded.
