Anti-slip systemEasy to assemble (instructions and video show this). Bench is sturdy and seems solid. Good quality materials. If foam difficult to slide on bars then use a bit of soapy water. Exercise booklet and you tube movies included to show you how to get the best out of this bench. I am 6'1' and have been using this every other day for over 4 months now without any issues. Comfortable and well padded support for back and legs.Folds handily and easily. Price is very good for such a well made weight bench. I am very happy to recommend this product.

Then again that would have required more expensive components! This is a very high quality bench for home use, especially at this price point. Would highly recommend it to any home user.
